It's a public parking lot in a privately owned shopping center. This is not the forum for this matter nor are any businesses liable for the general publics blatant disregard for non parking safety lanes.
We have permission from the town and the management of this property that allows us these spaces for our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience. But we try to extend the most courteous service possible and sometimes parking is an issue so having these spot is a big deal for people who are just stopping in for a slice or picking up an order. Thank you

I love this place! I live in Ronkonkoma, but I (thankfully) spend a lot of time over at Time Chase Tattoos on Great East Neck road, cause its so close to Alitalia that I can get my fix. I absolutely love their pizza, and the service is so good. Everyone's always so cool when I stop in!

Customer service could be better at times, but they're supportive of the celiac community. They offer both gluten free pizza and gluten free pasta, and the penne alla vodka is a personal local favorite. Would highly recommend for people with non celiac gluten sensitivity or celiac deisese.

Always a great place to eat. Pizza or a sit down Italian meal. Been so good since I was a little kid and in Sept.2019 I will be 60 yrs. Old. Stop in you will love it too.

Would rate 0, terrible service, 30 minute wait for pizza, they handed it to us on a very very hot plate and expected us to hold it bare handed. Pizza wasn't worth the wait. No to mention it was way over priced, save yourself from wasting a good night out.

I've eaten in and also taken food out as well. I have to say that the food is very good and very consistent. Pizza is great. Meals are very good both in taste and in amounts given. To judge this place just stop in and watch the enormous volume of people getting pick up service. They have a big crew pounding out the dough and serving customers.In the restaurant side great service. Friendly attitudes. And again good foodGive it a whack, you won't be sorry

This is the best pizza in the Babylon area for sure. My family and I have been going here for over 20 years at least and have never been disappointed. The hero’s are out of this world. My favorite is the shrimp poe boy. If you’re looking for a genuine Italian experience and mouth watering food this is the place for you!!

I asked for a meatball and pepperoni slice . The guy gives me an old pepperoni slice and throws meatball shavings in top . It’s dinner the pepperoni has easily been sitting around since lunch . . Just get a new slice and put new toppings on it . . Pay for it you should get fresh slice .

Had a very large dinner order ... worked with Rebecca, who was professional, polite and very patient to take such a large order. The only thing I would ask of the kitchen .. is to please clearly identify all food items, including salad dressings. We had 2 dinners which included spaghetti, couldn't tell what the entree was, and there was a mix up of who got which food when we returned home. Food was AMAZING !!! And even the picky eaters enjoyed the food ! Keep up the good work .... and Thank you again Rebecca ... you are a rock star and an asset to Alitalia!!!

It's the sauce!! Loads of fresh food all day every day. Typically same staff faces every single time you walk through the door. Never a disappointment...EVER! Whether taking out, grabbing quick slices, or sitting in the cozy dining room served by the friendliest waitress in the neighborhood you can not go wrong. 10 stars!!

Had a phone number mix up the past couple times when I've called, due to my part I believe. The nice pizza maker gave me a free extra slice for the wait due to the mix up. This place has my favorite margherita slices anywhere, and the new type of slice I tried today was similar (but square shaped) and also great :) They've also stayed open during the height of COVID for take out, which was lovely because pretty much only fast food was open for a while.

Best pizza in the area. It's also a full Italian restaurant in the back, but the pizza is what I usually come for. Great variety and always delicious. Would give 5 stars but they don't deliver and picking up can be a bit chaotic/busy.

Delicious food! I love coming Wednesday on chicken night because for 16 dollars you get a salad, your main entrée which would give you pasta and a chicken dish, then coffee and dessert! You couldn’t ask for more. Not to mention the complimentary hot bread with butter. Yummmm. The staff is always so friendly as well!

I will never say anything bad about Alitalia! I’m so happy I found them when I moved out to Suffolk. From their garlic knots (which are the best I ever had) to their specialty pizzas, entrees & STAFF. Their has not been one wrong thing about this place in the 5 years I’ve been going here. My family and I have been doing business there for 15 years. We go every Friday night for dinner. We love the pizza and everything else on the menu. They also Catered all three Sweet Sixteens for my daughters! Highly recommend!

Seriously a great restaurant. The pizzas are terrific! The entree portion sizes aren’t only huge, they’re fantastic - one of my favorites is their Bolognese - it’s unreal. Try them all you won’t be disappointed.

Was here on Saturday with a party of twelve. Food was good but the waitresses were terrible. They were all over the place. Very disorganized. Waited 20 minutes after the table was cleaned to order dessert. They missed 3 deserts and a bunch of coffees. Had to tell her the order all over again. There was an older lady in the back walking around I assume she was one of the owners or manager. She was oblivious and did nothing to help out. You guys need to get your head in the game.

We ordered from this restaurant for the first time yesterday and I tell you the food was fantastic. The Owner Marco is a true gentleman and I’ve never had food from a pizzeria that was this good. The sausage and peppers was as good as it gets and I’m still thinking about eating more. I work for Mercedes Benz of massapequa and we have a lot of choices for lunch but this was hands down one of the best choices we’ve made. If you’re looking for great Italian food this is the place to go.

Ordered a dozen ( that's 12) zeppoles for take out. Overheard the employees arguing in front of me, "We only have 11 left..." "Go make some more.." "The fryer is off..." I just grabbed my slice to eat and let them work it out. Picked up my bag of zeppoles, and walked out. When I get home it's just 11. I'm not even bothered by the shortage of 1 zeppole, It's that they had the whole argument of the missing zeppole in front of me as though I was a ghost.

The food is to die for the people are amazingly nice we couldnt sit and eat because of the distancing laws but it tasted amazing in the car. If you are in west babylon in the great south bay shopping center on montauk highway i strongly suggest you go. It over by bath and body works and justice. Cant be beat.

Food is good but I'm not a fan of no refills on soda. It's Italian, it's known to be salty so you're going to want to drink. I'd live with it if you were able to buy a pitcher or a 2 liter but we were told "it's not allowed".

It was 45 mins before closing when I called and the rude guy on the phone said they stop delivering an hour before closing. He still refused after I told him I lived in West Babylon and lived about 2 mins away from the restaurant...and was a FIRST time customer and really wanted to try the place. He couldn't care less and practically hung up on me. Little does he know we are a family of 6 and order pizza about twice a week. These business owners have no idea how much these teenagers they hire can cost them so much business without them realizing. Such a turnoff.
